I think I blew it this time on shakedown.....ran great w/ no problems, heard a metallic CLINK and now it has a rhythmic knock. After I got it home I took the plate that holds all the ignition components together, and took the side plated off the block to expose the pistons for somewhat of an inspection. The pistons all look fine as far as I can see with no scuffing, broken rings etc. I turned the engine clockwise with a socked wrench at the flywheel and it gets to a point and seizes. With a little more pressure, I can get it to move past that area. It sounds like its hitting something around the #6 piston. So, my question is, Worth fixing or did I toast it?
