Just picked up a another gearbox cause old one broke.
But this one has ablack pipe that hangs out near the gear changing spine? What's this for?
i just cut it down shorter blocked it and bolted the box up.
One thing i noticed about the newer box it that i can get neutral without dog gears rubbing? I could never get proper neutral with old box it would run out of adjustment..i had to move it out of neutral position on forward lever to stop dog gears rubbing.. All good now.. Can't wait to hit the water
