in that factory service manual ya got is a list of preventative maint. items to be performed by you or someone else. the time interval that the inspections should be done. the procedures that should be done to test said item. if ya want more info on whatever your checking out. go to that part of the service manual and it'll give you the full breakdown as to how to service it. it don't get much more detailed than whats printed in the s/m... if you have questions about performing some particular servicing procedure. the folks here on iboats can elaborate further as to their insight as what to do for whatever item it is your servicing... did you have a particular "more involved maintenance procedure and repairs" question. if so. i'd bet someone here will have something to say about it..
