merc opti max 150

alarm low oil in reservoir /tanks have 2+ gallons of oil/ looks like air escaped during oil fill by leaving cap loose,lost pressure for oil to flow from tank to engine reservoir . how do you get pressure to built up in tank again?

Simply run the motor. Crack the on-motor oil tank cap with the motor running til oil seeps out and snug it up. That should take care of your alarm.
