Hey Guys...found a merd that may work for my paw-in-laws bass rig..cant tell if its short shaft or not from pic.. can one of you guys tell from serial?

No you can't tell the shaft length by serial number even if we knew the HP

Was afraid you would say that.... Thanks.. guess I need to get out there to measure it...its about 70 miles from me. Was trying to save a drive it it was long shaft. came off a small pontoon..

Think its a short shaft...

It's a 75ELPTO, which is long shaft.
