Merc. Throttle Control

Good morning IB's, I apologize beforehand if Im posting this in the wrong forum, but I need some help from the experts. The throttle control on my Monterey 262 (2001) with a Mercruiser 5.7 B3 got broken this weekend and I now need a replacement. Can anyone point me in the right direction to finding either the part number or replacement part number for this?

the actual lever (spell), I had already repair it inside, but yesterday the actual rubber shifter lever, wher you accelerate and shift into gears, has a crack in the middle if I dont hold when uting in reverse it will brake in half.
