merc to yam

have a inline 115 mercury on now and getting a pair of 250 yamahas 1991s,i want to install one in place of the merc,other for parts,,the yam come wth key,control box,is there anything else ill need to swap over to yam,,,im not familer with anything yamaha?

Control box, control cables, wiring harness from box to the engine, battery cables, and the proper fuel line hook up. Don't pinch anything as you rig it. A fuel/water separator is nearly a must have. You should be good to go.
