Merc V6 Oil Injection Adjustments

Does any one have the settings for the Merc V6 Oil injector pump linkage (its adjustable). I remember reading the adjustment somewhere but dont seem to have it in the manual.<br /><br />Greg

I believe the linkage have lines that you match up

There are timing marks on the oil pump housing and lever. One lever mark should line up with the housing mark at idle, the other should line up at WOT. If only one will, use the WOT mark.<br /><br />That being said, at idle it'll mix at the leanest ratio, at WOT it'll mix at the richest ratio. Adjusting the linkage only affects where it richens and leans in the middle, no effect on idle or WOT ratios. Unless you get it WAY out of whack.

Thanks guys, has anyone got a pic of the timing marks, as I can find the ones on the cam, but no matching marks on the body
