Merc115 EFI Shaking?

I have a Merc Fourstroke EFI 115hp. Model #1115F13ZD. Went to go for a ride today and it shakes like crazy. Also has a loss of power. It wont go very fast at wot. I took off the fuel pump and its clean inside. Also has a vacume. I tested it with a guage. Its fresh gas in it also. I took the fuel filter apart and that was clean also. I dont think it a fuel issue. Its almost like maybe its running on three cylinders? Anyone have any idea as to what I can check next? Or should I just call a mechanic.

Did you ever get this problem diagnosed? I am having similar issue with 2003 200 HP Mercury, 2 stroke.

I have not. I am going to the marina to see if I can have a tech look at it. I have done all I can. I think its some kind of sensor. Good Luck,

I too have this same motor. It runs great in driveway. Yet....under load on the lake...it has very little power. And it continues to shake as I attempt to throttle up. At best I can get about 3200 rpm wot. What year is your motor. I have a 2005. I have a post on here about it....Sep 24th." where is my power..fuel restricted ?".

Mine is a 2002. Sounds exactlly what my issue is.
