Mercruiser 120 Swap for Bigger Engine

I went from a 470 to a v6, found a 400.00 donor boat on a local facebook swap shop, I didn't use block or exhaust manifolds because of rust but had evey thing else I need to make it work.
I sold trailer for 300.00 on craigslist work no paper work.so cost me 100.00 to start.
Keep looking and your bound to find a deal.
Good luck. And when u do your front motor mounts remember it's always better to be lower than needed than higher, u can always shim up not down.lol

Year won't matter near as much as overall condition. Since you are going for engine and outdrive together, their usability is all that matters.
