I'm a new boat owner and don't know alot about boats. I'm not getting any water circulation. The boat has been sitting for about 5 years. It is an 83 drive.

Start with replacing the impeller in the raw water pump of the outdrive.
Then, if you get a chance post what year drive you have.

I have an 83 drive. Tried downloading the manual. File too large I guess. Not sure where the impeller is located.

Ayuh,...

Try right-clicking,+ "Save to disc",...
It's a Big pdf. File,+ takes time to download..

The Impeller is in the Outdrive....The Lower Unit of the Outdrive actually....
