Ansers will come pretty hard if you don't tell Us what your motor is,...

Re: mercruiser 165hp

all the specs and capacities are in yer service manual....

if i remember right. ya need #1...... were ya not able to get it to download? it is over a gb in size and takes awhile to load even with broadband. if ya got dialup?????? i suppose it could take days....

if ya can't get it to load. ya can try ebay. i got one from them..... or there's always mercruiser....... but ya gotta have a service manual...... that's where the facts are.......

for oil. i use mercruiser 25W-40W cap. 4.5-5 qts. depending on small filter or large.

plugs... MR43-T gaped at .035"

other little jobs would be a minor tuneup... ya know. cap, rotor, points, condenser, plug wires if necessary. dwell then time.......
ya can check yer compression too. only to make sure ya got something to work with, and also for future reference

Just for future reference, it is always better to right click on the link and "save target as" - that saves the file on your hard drive instead of viewing it in the browser. Plus it is always there if (when) you need it again.
