I have a 91 (i think) Mercruiser 3.0 which needs a new manifold and elbow. I need help identifing the engine year and manifold part number. I can only find the engine year by serial number to the late 80's. Here is the serial number on the block if someone can help.

Also, is this the right part number for the manifold?

Re: Mercruiser 3.0 Manifold Question

Ayuh,... If the motor is original, with it's original parts, ordering by using the serial # in the 1st picture, will get you the Right parts...

The numbers in the 2nd picture are merely casting, 'n manufacturing numbers, Not part #s...

Re: Mercruiser 3.0 Manifold Question

the motor was replaced and the parts from my old motor were put on it which was a 1985. I couldn't find any other markings on the manifold for the part number

Ok so i did some more research and it turns out the motor is an 87-89. I was confused because i was told it was a 91. Now my question is how do i tell if its the 2.5L or 3.0L?

The SN on the tag in your picture is for a 1989 3.0L Model # 430B0009S
