3.0 mercruiser won’t start. It’s a 1993 mercruiser. I’ve rebuilt the carb. Replaced spark plugs, wires, and ignition module. I have spark but it won’t start. Just turns over and over. I believe it’s getting fuel. I’ve even tried starting fluid and pour a very small amount of gas down the carb to see if it would even bust off. I get nothing! I figured I should at least hear it trying to start up doing that....?

Need to get a spark gap tester, because your loosing spark or you have no compression at all.

Probably looks like you have spark but might not be doing it very well or just very intermittent

Well everything was fine until I did all this work. It got where it wouldn’t idle. So I rebuilt carb. Replace everything but the pick up coil. I have a in line spark tester. I can see the spark. Maybe it’s not enough. I didn’t won’t to mess around while distributing the timing so I didn’t change the pick coil.

Sounds like you know the things things needed for a motor to run (compression, fuel, spark, air)
One is missing, just need to figure out which is missing
