just rebuilt carb and now its harder to start and somtimes wants to run after killing. seems like its flooding. any suggestions?

well... lets start with why did you rebuild the carb? what sypmtoms where you having?
If it's deiseling your idle is probably set to high.
Either way you want to check your timing before you touch the carb.
