Mercruiser 350 lifters/push rods

Rebuilding a 350 right now. Casting # 14088548

I need to buy lifters and push rods, but want to make sure they are correct. Can I use the casting # to get a parts manual somewhere??

got a engine serial number?
flat tapet or roller ?
there the same ones used in most GM motors, try your local GM dealer too.

No serial number.. But i believe flat tapet, because there are no bolt holes for the retaining plate used with roller lifter applications. I believe it is a 1986 or so

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,..... Flat tappet SBC lifters are just standard GM parts,..... All the same,....
