My boat was re-powered before I bought it and having issues identifying the year the engine was made in.
It's serial is 1A301999, on the Brunswick parts site it says "MERCRUISER - (350 MAG H.P. (1998M ))
Serial No: 1A301999 Model No: 444C06MUU". Likely I'll need a new water pressure sensor, at around 4000rpm the alarm sounds once and the rev drops. (the distributor cap and ignition coil was replaced before I realised that the alarm itself is faulty)
