When I said.
"Any drop above 0.5v is bad. So 0.4 while at full charging is the only good number you have!"
I should have been clearer. during cranking the voltage in the battery will drop more then 0.5v. But this is in the battery, not in the wires and connections. Also the starter itself will use about 1.5-2 volts.
Either way you got some electric issues.
