I think it’s the mcm 470.

MCM = Mercruiser Marine (ie, stern drive)
MIE - Mercruiser Inboard Engine.

'MCM 470' ran from 1976 to 1989, in one guise or another. Which is why we like people to post the engine serial number.

Ok I got some gaskets. But the guy said they aren’t graphite infused type. And They are made by Quicksilver. So looks like these are the ones?

since there not the newer better type of gasket should I use aviation Sealant maybe?

I still stick them on dry. Clean the manifold and elbow surfaces with acetone to ensure they are oil free and you'll be sweet.

Thanks Chris. The fwd flange is missing some though. THats where I was wondering about some sealant. Face decent surface wise though which is good.

Sealant won't change anything. Just make the gasket more likely to 'slip' when tightened down...
