So I have a 1997 chaparral 2330 sport with a
7.4 bravo 3
The serial numbers are
Motor 0K013323
Transom 0K118024
Drive 0K101026
But is says Modified with kit number 23-806444 A1 or A2
Does anyone know what means?

I have a 97 7.4L + Bravo III in my 1987 Fourwinns

"What" says "modified"?

There is a sticker right on the transom above the leg that says Modified with kit number 23-806444 A1 or A2

While part number 23-806444 A1 or A2 comes up as invalid, We can tell you that the Part Classification Code Number "23" would mean whatever was modified would have been "Bushings and Spacers" as that is what classification code number 23 represents in the parts category.

May want to double check the part number as it seems like a few numbers are off and/or to long.

Do you have a working analog trim gauge & limit? Also, could you post a few good photos of the transom assembly? Maybe one of us will recognize a parts change.
