Mercruiser alpha gen 1steering. Rotary helm. Need to adjust I think

One of the small oversights that I’m glad I cought before launching. Have a new rotary helm. Turns right but needs to be adjusted. I cannot turn left the cable is all the way in at center . . Is it the block on the tilt tube that rotates?

Ayuh,...... My guess is,.... You didn't have the helm centered when you attached the rest of the system together,......

I think that is the problem.
