Mercruiser anode replacements

At what point should one consider replacing anode parts on an Alpha One Gen 2 outdrive? How do these look? I have about 700 hours on it.

They're still new! (you must be in fresh water)

LOL Yes, fresh water. I guess that's one thing I take for granted, as far as wear and tear on the material.
