MerCruiser Bravo Three Leaking Gear Oil

We have a MerCruiser Bravo Three leaking Gear Oil in the bilge. Yes, we have checked for cracks in the oil "bottle". I have pulled the outdrive and discover the gear oil coming out the driver cable shifter area. THERE IS NO OIL IN THE BELLOWS! Suggestions greatly appreciated.

16 & 19 are O rings, 17 &18 shift shaft bushings

Thank you, Bt Doctur. The illustration was just what we needed. I removed the rear cover and found the lower oil seal displaced. I ordered new seals and o-rings. It was a great find. Thanks again!
