Mercruiser has no poser to the dash

I just got a 93 glastron ssv195, went to start it the other day it turned over a few times and for some reason I pulled the kill switch teather and when I put it back in place I had no power to the dash. turn the key and nothing happened. Tried bypassing the kill switch, jumping the ignition, check the breaker at the motor, new battery, still nothing. Any advice? only thing that works is the bilge and lights, nothing else. Any help would be appreciated.

Thats suppose to be : no "power" to the dash

90% of the time it's a bad ground so check wiring for voltage from battier. or you may have kill the kill switch it also going to ground i'll see if I can fine a wiring se

this is wiring for most boat color wiring are normaly the same i have a 1983 glasstron with a 115 inline and it working for me hope it help
