I believe so, but you should have posted this in the Engine Repair section. What are the problems you are having? If it is the same as what I have the shift bracket will be on the starboard exhaust elbow. Disconnect the front of lower cable and move it back and forth. It should move very easy with no binding if it moves easy then it may need to be adjusted. Once you have it pushed in try rotating the prop it should turn one way and lock the other direction. Then Pull the cable all the way out and try turning the prop again it should lock in one direction and spin in the other.
May need new lower shift cable as their isn't any just reverse cable it is two in one cable as it pushes the shift lever forward for Reverse and pulls back for forward gear if I remember right.
Download load the Manual in the Adult section I think Manual #6 and also post detailed info on the problem
