Mercruiser Prop Identification??

I've spun the prop hub on a 1981 GM Mercruiser 165 (19ft Galaxy boat) I'm trying to identify the prop that is on there, it is fine. The only numbers stamped on the prop are "71c" and directly opposite, "61" or "19". The prop is 16" in diameter, so the "19" doesn't seem right. I would be happy with any experienced recommendations on buying a new prop, even if I can't identify this one.

Welcome to iboats.....
You will get better answers in the prop forum, but I'll wager that you prop is not a 16" dia, more like 14".....
Your pitch is most likely 19.....
Which is right about where you should be, I believe....
Either way you should get 3900-4300 rpms @ WOT...
Try to shoot for the high end.....​
