Is there a difference between the out drive of a 5.0 alpha one and a 3.0 alpha one? I have both but the outdrive off of the 3.0 is in better condition, would it make a difference if I put the 3.0 outdrive on the 5.0 motor?

If ya put the 3.0l drive on the 5.0l, you'll need a prop pitched in the 40" range, which they don't make,...
