I,m thinking about buying a 1977 bayliner that has a 350 chev. but a volvo penta and was wondering if I can change it to a mecruiser alfa 1 Thanks

Ayuh,... Sure you can,...
Just remove the motor, drive,+ transom assembley,...
Glass in the Hole in the hull,.. recut it for a Mercruiser,...
Then install the Mercruiser motor, drive,+ transom assembley...

Can I ask why you wanna get rid of the Volvo in the first place? Just curious.
