Mercruser Alarm Horn

The alarm horn doesn't sound on 2015 5.7L horizon when start button is pushed. No problem with Port engine it sounds as normally should. How to fix???

Check 12V at the alarm to see if power is there when key is turned ON
If its there, check the other side when key is first turned ON. The 12V should go to 0V on one side indicating the PCM is signaling to turn ON.

Thanks All-d for the info!! I am not sure where the alarm is located or what it looks like?? Part of my problem I guess!! Also not sure what you mean by OV?? There is no key, push button, which I guess just acts like a key!! There is a module that is attached to the push button, on the back side of the helm panel.

Have not messed with a push button one of your year. Does the button work similar like a car/truck? Push quick and ignition turns ON, but push with break peddle it starts.

Basically want to see the ignition turn ON without starting

The alarm is small and behind the helm, and not very big. About quarter size by 1/2 inch
