well i got the boat charging and i took it out for a ride. before i fixed the charging i could get the boat up to about 38mph wide open.with 2 guys and fishing gear.well today my tach is now working and i could only get the boat up to about 30mph and 4100rpms. what is the max rpms for a 1992 100hp. what should i check also the boat was low on gas could that do it. i pulled the plugs and they all look good. thanks for any help josh
