My motor has the number two spark plug stripped, it has a time sert in that cylinder. When the spark plug out the time sert comes out with it, I am going to put a new time sert in the cylinder and the time sert comes with loctite 680 adhesive. Is this 680 adhesive good to keep the cert from coming out or should I use a different loctite to keep it from coning out?

Make sure both threads are clean. I used Marine-Tex, and that worked.

I am not familiar with that locktite product, but if it is recommended by the manufacturer, I would expect it to work.

Hmm I like that idea of marine-tex so no problems of it coming out, it is a cast block this is my concern1
