Mercury 115 loses power at 3000-3500 RPM, and none of my console gauges are working.

I have a 22’, 2018 Sun Tracker Pontoon boat. I noticed that none of my console gauges are working and the engine loses power around 3000+ RPM. The both occurred at the same time, so in assuming the issues are related to a single issue.

Start at the battery connections and then check engine connector.
