Mercury 120XR to Mercury 175XR fitting.

Hi just wondering.

Is it someone who knows if it?s the same measurments on the pump for 120 xr and 175XR ?.

I mean the hole for the pump in the boat and likely bolted.

Ore if the 175 can fit on a 120 pump?.

the holes in the hull are the same but the gear ratio is different. pretty much all the jet drives are the same casting but they change gears for the certain hp.
