I have a water tank is it ok to rev it on a tank?

O.K. I just wanted to make sure. You may want to run a fuel system cleaner and see if it will help!

So i just got a tach meter. Where should the rpm's be set at idle? Right now it reads about 700-800 with a i thinks its at 5 pulse, what ever that means does this seem about right for this engine? If not how do i adjust it? Appreciate your help.
