So I've been having trouble starting my outboard, I recently rebuilt the carbs and still having trouble starting.
If I hold my hand over the carbs to make a choking action it turns over a little and pops, If I hold down the manual button on the enrichment valve it will
run, bog down with throttle, but if I let go it will die.
If I supply battery voltage to the yellow wire it will also start, The computer doesn't send battery voltage to the enrichment valve.
