Is there a snowballs chance in hell that you got the ignition wiring swapped between cylinder 1 and 2.

If they're all sparking, and they get gas, and they don't fire right, or fuss and back fire, the wires are usually on wrong.

The black dirty plug is a clue.

Well i think i got them right?
aren't they just all in order....
as in the top coil goes to the top cylinder, the 2nd from top coil goes to second from top cylinder etc?

Thats correct, but I believe John is suggesting you should check the green coil feed wires as well. As you can see in the diagram earlier, they are ordered specifically to ensure proper firing sequence.

.....and they could be in the wrong spot either at the coils, or at the switchboxes.
