When I apply WOT, my 2000 model Mercury 200 HP sometimes accellerates and sometimes doesn't. When I moved the throttle control back & forth a few times, the motor suddently accellerated. It doesn't iddle smooth either. I have cleaned the carb and replaced the plugs. What could be the problem? Could it be the fuel pump? Thanks for your help.
