Mercury 20hp Belgian build what year please

I have the above with s/n 9261675, I have been thro all the posts but found nothing. Can u help pls.:redface:

It's newer than 1982 and older than 1984 probably a 82

9259830 finished production in 1979, that would put 9261675 in the vicinity of 1980/81.

Just a guess though, no data to back it up.
