I recently received a seized up very old Mercury 3.6hp two stroke outboard, not sure of the model number.
I cleaned out the carb and freed up the motor, but I saw some oil by the lower and would like to make sure its sealed and full of gear oil. Where is the drain and fill and what is the procedure for changing the gear oil?
I will try to upload some pictures of it soon. Was hoping someone was familiar with this older motor. Cant seem to find any information on it anywhere.
