Mercury 45 4.5 hp outboard tool help

Hi,
Does anyone know which bearing retainer carrier wrench to use for a mercury 4.5 hp outboard? And where to get the wrench? I have a lower unit oil leak and I can't get the bearing retainer loose with common tools. Thanks!

Are you sure it not unspent fuel/oil. Does the lower unit have water/milky oil?
