Mercury 50 hpw HELP!!!!!

I have a mercury 1984 50 hpw 4 cylinder, When it is idelling all cylinders are firing but when you accelerate #3,#4 cylinder misfires. I have installed a new power pack, could this be the trigger?

It could, but might also be the stator. swap the stator wires on the switch box. red with red/wht, blue with blue/wht. If the problem moved to the other cylinders the stator is bad. If it stays the trigger or switch box is bad, but you said you changed the switch box right?

Also, I was wondering how you had determined that you were misfiring??? Does that mean sputtering or loss of spark?
