mercury 50hp 2 stroke over heating

got a mercury 50 hp 2 stroke overheating... constant beep from alarm and primer bubble is hard to pump.. could it be the fuel line clogged and its not getting enough oil???? it is an auto mixer and the oil resevoir is full... the engine is also "peeing" well... thanks for the help

any help would be greatly appreciated... trying to get out tonight and cruise but not sure how to fix the problem.... on a budget so buying and testing isnt an option
