um, willy, are you off your meds again?<br /><br />anyways... to answer you......<br /><br /><br /> NO<br /><br />and even if you did, youd never notice it.<br /><br />the 6 hp was the biggest they made as a 1 cylinder, after that the 8 and the 9.8hp were 2 cylinder models.<br /><br />to try and swap all the different parts would normally be pointless and expensive, BUT, and i say again, BUT, take off your carb, on some models tohatsu would put a p[lastic restrictor plate there to limit its top end HP, and if its there take it off and you should have 6 hp, thats if its there in the first place. <br /><br />but , and i say again, BUT, remember, this motor only has to be within 10% of its advertised HP ratings, so even if it was "all it coul be", it may only make 5.4hp at top WOT, and youll really honestly never even notice it. <br /><br />keep it as it is. if you want MORE hp, buy a bigger motor
