First off I am not mechanically inclined but do have some basic knowledge. I have a fairly new to me 2005 merc 9.9 (203cc). The motor will start and run fine as long as I stay on the throttle but as soon as I let off the motor quits. I decided I would make an attempt to clean the carb out after watching a couple YouTube videos. I took the jets out an cleaned them but as I was replacing them I could help but notice the low speed jets screw on the top doesn't have a hole through it to draw fuel like the high speed jet does. There is a hole on the side of the jets housing that looks like it could draw fuel there but seems to have a plug in it. Or does the low speed jet draw fuel from the high speed side instead of straight from the bowl? Carb is apart right now and don't want to put it back together until I know for sure. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
