Mercury 90 loose lower cowling

Hey guys, the the lower cowling assembly on my 90 elpto has a ton of play in it. I’ve located the bolts that hold the halves together and they’re tight but I cannot find where or how this thing is actually mounted. I see no other bolts or nuts anywhere that would tighten this up and take the slop out..any help would be appreciated!

How long have you had this motor?
Did you have the Lower Cowl Assembly off the engine?
There might be a missing/damaged/mislocated Mount

My '93 Merc V6 has a rear steel mount that bolts to the block and supports the lower cowl with two round rubber mounts. The steel mount rusts away after a while (Thanks Merc for using steel). Also the mounts can fall off.
