Mercury EFI Flash Proplem

Apologies for my poor English skills, but I hope you understand. I have a Mercury EFI 2015 50 hp. The ECM was programmed for 68hp by Lunds Marine. The restrection plate has been removed, the TPS opens the gas completely, the gas opens completely. But there was no more passage. My friend has the same boat with a 60hp motor and he has 5-10km more speed than me. Anything what I can do?
Before I did ( Lunds Marine) ECM flash I used 10 5/8 x 14 propeller ( BlackMax)
rpm was about 5200
Afrer Flash rpm was same with that same propeller.

Don't know of a shop which can reflash a 555ECM (They are locked). Not knowing your serial number but looking at others, I can see where the ECM can be replaced with a 60hp. What is the part number on the back of the ECM?

There was several companys that could re -lash these but the Air police/Mercury stopped all that with fines about 6 months ago..
Several of the Hi-po guys wont even look at em now (Simon for one)
-EPA Regulations and potentially Significant Fines for modifying the emissions or HP footprint from it's original configuration

-Proprietary AND Copyrighted Engine Calibrations

-Emissions Warranty Requirements on the Manufacturer

We tested today my ecm box to my friend motor and there was more power

T-body??? Part number 24 its removed. And friend of mine TaKe off same part and gets more power
