Hi,<br />Try the Year chart at a Swedish site<br /> http://www.marinshopen.se <br />Blue button "Modellguide", then "Produktionsårslista Mercury" and last "35-65Hk". In the table shown You scrool to 60 hp rows and will find this:<br /><br />60 0971000 - 09793444 1993 <br /><br />Your Mercury: 09775979<br /><br />So it seems You have a 1993 year Mercury.<br />Does that seem reasonable - about 11-12 years old or so?
