I found am online link to a manual but unfortunately there is no 60hp version.
Can someone please help me with a repairing manual for this engine ? (mariner - 60 elpto - 2 stroke - 3 cylinders - 1989 year )

Some early Mariners were made by Yamaha. I was looking for the serial and some more information. What Yamaha calls the primary identification.

Take a look at the CDI assembly and the carburetors and let me know what markings you see on them. For instance, the CDI assembly might have a 6H3 11 on it. Or something similar. Same for the carburetors.

If we can confirm that your motor was made by Yamaha, and we can get to the Yamaha equivalent motor, we can get to the Yamaha service manual.
