Mercury Ooutboard 4 HP 2013 4 stroke

I have a 2013 4 HP Mercury. Under the hood it is just a Tohatsu. Today I saw it do something I have never seen before. I started up the engine and immediately checked for cooling water coming out the p hole. It was but, just in front of it is another small tube and liquid was coming out of it that looked like gasoline. It had a greenish tint to it. It flowed only for maybe 10-15 secs. What is this? I can find nothing in the owners manual and have done searches online and found nothing.

This a great engine. It always starts and runs well. This is the first time it has done something strange. Any ideas?
