motor was not pumping water checked all tubes seem clear air blows through fine took apart the impeller that i recently replaced, and it appears to be missing the washer that sits on top of it, part number # 30 in picture, is this a special type of washer or could I just replace with one the same size from a local hardware store? and with the pump installed it is hard to turn the shaft by hand is this normal? thanks
